Patrick Manning, Principal Economist

Patrick received a Bachelor of Science in Food and Resource Economics from the University of Florida and a Master of Science in Agricultural and Resource Economics from Colorado State University.

He has conducted economic research on issues ranging from damage assessment of Hurricane Andrew at Colorado State University to agricultural production and environmental/natural resource issues at Colorado State University and the University of Arkansas.

In the private sector, Patrick has worked as a Health Data Analyst for CommunityCare of Oklahoma and as a financial analyst for Vanguard Car Rental USA (Alamo and National car rental collectively).
