Part of America's Career Kit sponsored by the U.S. Department of Labor, America's Career InfoNet (ACINet) provides information such as occupational, demographic and labor market information at the local, state, and national levels to allow the user to make informed career choices. The site is searchable by demographic location and occupation name. Each occupation report lists the skills, knowledge and abilities typically required along with education and training information. The site also provides data on industry trends and even allows the user to conduct state profile searches to learn about a specific state's economic, educational and cultural resources. ACINet's Career Resource Library contains links to over 3,500 career-related sites to provide users with additional/supplemental information.
