Sara Saulcy, Senior Economist


 Sara Saulcy has been with Research & Planning since January, 2001.

Sara Saulcy received Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Wyoming in International Studies and Economics in 1993 and 1996, respectively. In December 2000, she graduated from the University of New Mexico with a Master of Arts degree in Economics. Sara now conducts performance measurement on behalf of Wyoming's seven community colleges. She also manages other special projects for the section. Her research interests include the relationship between Mining and the labor force, physician labor supply and location, and labor force retention issues.
