TRENDS: Wyoming nonagricultural employment grew at a faster pace in October than it has in 12 months. The establishment survey data show 2,500 new jobs over the year for a growth rate of 1.1 percent. September nonagricultural employment figures were revised upward to show a similar gain of 2,500 jobs. Wyomings unemployment rate increased from 3.6 percent in September to 4.0 percent in October. However, it still remains below the U.S. rate of 4.2 percent. Labor force continued to show solid gains over the year (up 2.5%). --DB
