Continued Unemployment Insurance Total Weeks Claimed Increase 27.1% in 2015
The total number of continued weeks claimed increased 27.1% (52,246 weeks) from 2014 to 2015. Substantial increases were seen in mining (304.2%, or 34,557 weeks), real estate & rental & leasing (105.6%, or 2,692 weeks), wholesale trade (76.8%, or 3,152 weeks), and transportation & warehousing (67.0%, or 4,604 weeks).
