Wyoming Unemployment Insurance Statistics:
Normalized Initial Claims--Statewide, by Industry


Statewide, total initial claims filed decreased for the ninth time in a row, falling 23.3 percent from September 1996 to 1997. Laramie and Natrona Counties also showed declines in total initial claims filed (down 5.1% and 32.4%, respectively).
