Wyoming's labor force increased over the month (from 252,709 in February 1997 to 255,153 in March 1997); this is a typical seasonal increase. However, the labor force has actually decreased slightly over the year (from 255,756 in March 1996 to 255,153 in March 1997); historically, this is not typical.
