Dear Employer:
The Research & Planning Section of the Department of Employment has compiled two lists of Wyoming’s largest private sector employers. One list is based on the annual average number of employees reported to the Department of Employment through the unemployment insurance program during the period July 1, 1996 to June 30, 1997. A second list, also based on the annual average number of employees, was compiled by major industry classification. Your company meets the criteria to be included on one or both lists.
The Department of Employment would like to release the lists mentioned above in a publication with certain restrictions: Only your firm’s name, city(ies) of location, and the industrial sector would be published. Your actual employment or wage data would NOT be printed. All information from the unemployment insurance program is strictly confidential. It is only with your permission that we may release your name to the public. The lists provide valuable, frequently requested labor market information, and your participation is encouraged. Please check the statement appropriate to your firm. Fax this release to Research & Planning at (307) 473-3834 or 3806 by May 1, 1998.
