Tom Gallagher, Manager



Tom Gallagher has been the Manager of Research & Planning (R&P) of the Wyoming Department of Workforce Services since 1990. 

In 2002, he became the Region 8 representative on the Occupational Employment Statistics State-Federal Policy Council, and a participant in the national Benefits Survey program. 

Education:

M.A. Degree, 1978, Sociology, North Dakota State University

B.A. Degree, 1972, Sociology, Moorhead State College

Employment History:

1990 to present - Manager, Research & Planning, Wyoming Department of Workforce Services.

1978 to 1990 - Research Analyst, Job Service North Dakota Bismarck North Dakota.

Professional Experience:

Appointed Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) Cooperating Representative for Wyoming 1993.

Served as a member of the National Association of Workforce Agencies (NASWA, previously ICESA) Labor Market Information Committee 1993 to 2002.
