Normalized Initial Claims--Statewide, by Industry


Total initial claims filed decreased for the eighth time in a row (in year-to-year comparisons). Statewide, total claims filed were down 11.9 percent from August 1996 to 1997, and Natrona County showed an even larger decrease (18.4%).
