Wyoming Unemployment Insurance Statistics:
Normalized Initial Claims--Statewide, by Industry


For the seventh time in a row (in year-to-year comparisons), total initial claims filed continued to decrease. Statewide, total claims filed were down 21.0 percent from July 1996 to 1997, and Laramie County showed an even larger decrease (35.6%).
