Notes:
1.  One CEO paid in excess of $4.6 million. Noneconomic code change employment increase of 166 from support activities for mining (213) and heavy & civil engineering construction (237).
2.  Increase of approximately 1,500 & $2 million due to new payroll system in place first quarter 2004.
3.  Decrease mostly due to various large employers' code changes from administrative & support services (561) to various subsectors.
