Normalized Continued Claims--Statewide, by Industry


For the fifth time in a row (in year-to-year comparisons), total unique claimants continued in a downward trend, falling 12.7 percent from May 1996 to May 1997. Total weeks claimed also decreased during this time period, down 23.4 percent.
