Civilian Labor Force and Unemployment:

Although Wyoming's statewide unemployment rate (not seasonally adjusted) increased 0.7 percent from December 1996 to January 1997, the seasonally adjusted rate decreased over the same time period, indicating that this is a lower than average increase for this time of year.
