Notes:
1.  Decrease due to reclassification of small company from apparel manufacturing (315) to management of companies & enterprises (551). Downsizing of medium sized manufacturer.
2.  Wyoming air transportation is doing better economically when compared with the after effects of 9-11 in September 2001 and with help from grants from the Federal Government.
3.  Increase of employment & wages due to reclassification of large employer to internet service providers, search portals, & data processing  (518) from professional & technical services (541). Half of workforce gone due to "less business" from June 2002 to October 2002. More business in November, December 2002.
4.  Securities, commodity contracts, & investments. Poor Stock market. $12 million in "bonuses" in fourth quarter 2001 were not paid in fourth quarter 2002.
5.  Large employer reclassification from professional & technical services (541) to internet service providers, search portals, & data processing (518).
6.  Reclassification of small company to management of companies & enterprises (551) from apparel manufacturing (315). Bonuses or "executive pay" were paid to two employees in excess of $5.5 million.
