Welcome to the
Wyoming UI Internet Services System

Hovering over the  icon where it appears in the application will provide help about page elements.

Before you access online unemployment services you should create a new State of Wyoming Online Services user account by clicking the New User button. You will be taken to the Wyoming Online Services site. This is a one-time process.

If you have already created a Wyoming Online Services user account (you may have when accessing other State of Wyoming sites), click the Returning User button.

Wyoming’s unemployment insurance computer system is modernizing. Effective June 27, our new website address will be wyui.wyo.gov. There are many new features enabling you to electronically perform account maintenance.

With the new system, you will file certifications for payment weekly, rather than bi-weekly. If you choose to file weekly certifications via paper, it will delay payment. You are encouraged to take advantage of filing via our website or IVR phone system.

Watch your mail for a new guidebook explaining the upcoming changes in more detail.

Due to system conversion, our website, phone system and staff will be unavailable from Thursday, June 21 through Tuesday, June 26. If you have a bi-weekly certification due between Sunday, June 17 and Friday, June 22, please file by Tuesday, June 19 for no delay in payment.

Please be patient and look forward to receiving more self-serve options and better customer service.

Claim Center hours are 8am to 4pm MT, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. On Wednesdays, the Claims Center is open 8am to noon.

Don't have a State of Wyoming Online Services user account? You can sign in to our system after you've created a user account.

You can use your existing State of Wyoming Online Services user account to sign in and access Unemployment Services.

If you do not want to create a user account, you can submit a claim using Guest Access. As a guest, if you exit the application before completing your claim, any information you entered will be discarded.
