Provides for an education award of up to $4,725 to those individuals who work full- or part-time in specific service programs. Individuals must be U.S. citizens or legal residents. They must be at least 17 years old with a high school diploma (or be on track to receive a diploma) or a GED. Income level is not considered.

Provides help in completing a GED, job training and education assistance for low income individuals aged 16-24.
