1. Loss of telemarketing jobs.
2. Several "new" employers. One large employer merged from statewide classification to Natrona County. Many slight employee increases. Many projects starting. Outmigration of 60 employees from 21 to other sectors and counties. Increase in percentage of higher paid employees.
